A key grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run Sincere Client on their own hardware for the duration of the key. You are buying access, not ownership of the software.

Keys bind to a hardware ID on first launch. Sharing an account or running one key on two machines at once locks it automatically.

Private resale is tolerated in the marketplace channel with a staff middleman. Resales handled anywhere else are unsupported and void the key if disputed.

Distributing the binary, dumping it, reverse engineering it, or reselling it as your own revokes the key permanently, without refund, and gets you removed from the Discord.

Servers may detect, kick or ban you at any time. Bypass status is a best effort and is never a guarantee. A ban does not entitle you to a refund, credit or key transfer.

Features are added and removed as versions change. A module existing today does not oblige us to keep it. Downtime happens; see the status page.

Opening a chargeback instead of a refund request terminates all keys tied to your identifiers immediately and permanently blacklists you.

You must be old enough to make an online purchase where you live, or have permission from whoever pays. We do not knowingly sell to under-13s.

These terms can change with a note in the announcements channel. Continuing to launch the client after a change is acceptance of it.
