Before you open a ticket

01Run the launcher as admin once, so the client can write its config folder.

02Confirm Fabric Loader 0.16+ and the matching Fabric API for your version.

03Remove other cheat mods. Two injectors in one instance never ends well.

04Grab latest.log from your instance folder and attach it.

05Say the server, the version and what you were doing. "It broke" is not a ticket.

Fixes for the usual four

Key says already activated

Your HWID changed. Reset it in the dashboard, then relaunch.

Crash on world join

Sodium version mismatch. Update Sodium, or disable it to confirm.

GUI won't open

Something else grabbed RSHIFT. Rebind it in Settings → Keybinds.

Kicked instantly on join

Check the bypass channel before blaming the client. Some servers patch daily.

Bypass status, config drops, restocks. Support is a message away, not a ticket queue.
