Refund policy.

Digital keys, instant delivery. The window is short and the rules are not negotiable, but they are honest.

You were charged twice for the same order.
Delivery failed and support could not issue a working key.

The key has been activated. This is the big one.
You got banned on a server, for any reason.
A specific server patched the bypass.
You changed your mind, or a friend told you another client is better.
Your key was revoked for leaking or resale outside the marketplace.
How it runs
01Open a ticket in Discord or email support with your order ID and payment method.
02We check activation state. If the key is untouched, it gets voided on the spot.
03Money is sent back the way it came. Card 3-5 business days, crypto same day.
04Requesting a refund does not blacklist your account.

Crypto payments are refunded at the amount received in the original coin, not the fiat value on the day you ask. Network fees are not covered. Chargebacks skip all of this and permanently blacklist the buyer - ask first, it is faster anyway.
